Offering Group Personal Training Sessions Q: What
are the benefits of hiring a personal trainer?
A: The benefits of personal training are endless. Working with a
trainer, you’ll receive personalized instruction, motivation to
succeed, accountability, along with consistent training and safe
instruction. Depending on your goals, your certified personal trainer
can also help you with injury prevention exercises, rehabilitation
exercises, and/or sports specific training instruction. Personal
training is without a doubt the best way to achieve fitness goals in a
safe and highly effective manner.
Q: What
types of personal training programs does Club 2000 offer?
A: We offer one-on-one personal training, buddy training (small group
training), sports performance packages, and much more. In the near
future, we’ll offer program memberships that will allow people to
participate in small group training groups on a regular basis to
achieve specific goals.
Q: How
do I know which trainer is right for me?
A: That’s where we come in – we’ll match you with the trainer that will
best suit your needs and time schedule. Once we determine your specific
needs and pair you up with your trainer, you’ll be contacted to
schedule your complimentary consultation. During this meeting, you’ll
discuss your goals, concerns, fears, and past health history with your
trainer.
